DR Miguna Miguna Sues Kenya's Interior CS Fred Matiang'i, PS Karanja Kibicho And Sintel In A Superior Court in Canada

 


Dr Miguna Miguna has revealed that he has signed a court case against the interior Cabinet Secretary DR Fred Matiang'i together with the Interior Principal Secretary PS Karanja Kibicho. The known lawyer revealed that he signed the Case in a superior court in Canada. Miguna revealed that from the case he filed against the three leaders he will be able to cash in huge amount that is around $15M. Through a twitter post, Miguna revealed these details.

The statement that will soon progress it's hearing in the superior court targets to make CS Matiangi accountable for numerous egregious acts. Miguna alleged that the CS and The PS together with the other person whose identity was hidden has been involved in various acts that are not in the pursuit of worldwide law. In the mean time, Miguna Miguna stated that he will not contain any further attacks fro the top politicians. According to his statement, Miguna is seeking what can be quoted as "Facile Country". 


Miguna Miguna added in his statement that he will be conducting the case alone considering the fact that he is a professional lawyer.

From Miguna's statement:

1. The Defendant Fred Okengo Matiang’i (hereinafter referred to as “defendant Matiang’i”) was at all material times the Cabinet Secretary of Interior and National Coordination of National Government in the Republic of Kenya who ordered and was responsible for the abduction, illegal detention, torture, battery, malicious prosecution, libel, slander, defamation and profiling of Mr. Miguna. The defendant Matiang’i is named in this action in both his personal capacity and official capacity.

2. The Defendant Karanja Kibicho (hereinafter referred to as “defendant Kibicho”) was at all material times the Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Interior and National Coordination of National Government in the Republic of Kenya who ordered and was responsible for the abduction, illegal detention, torture, battery, malicious prosecution, libel, slander, defamation and profiling of Mr. Miguna. The defendant Kibicho is named in this action in both his personal capacity and in his official capacity.

3. The Defendants, System International TELemarketing (Sitel) Group and Sitel Operating Corporation (both hereinafter referred to as “Sitel”) was at all material times legal entities registered and headquartered in Miami, Florida, in the United States of America, but operating globally, including offices in the Town of St. Catharines, in the Province of Ontario. Sitel describes itself as a privately owned contact centre global conglomerate and CX management leader that operates in 40 countries with more than 160,000 employees and a revenue of more than USD$2.2 billion in 2020.
