In under four years, Israel is set to conduct general elections. In the main political development, Prime minister Naftali Bennett will switch position with the Alternate Prime Minister Yair Lapid as illustrated in the existing deal. This reports came after speculations that coalition (the most diverse in Israel history) was on the bridge of  collapse.

The coalition risked losing important vote next week after an affiliate Yamina Party ditched it making the coalition to remain at minority in the 120 seat Knesset (Parliament).  Mr Bennett said he had made the "right decision" in the interests of Israel's security, as dissolving the Knesset extended temporary laws which were put in jeopardy by the vote. The announcement was made on Monday night and in the right way to honor the law, Knesset will be dissolved as the election approaches.

The Bill to dissolve the Parliament will be discussed next week in a seating with members of the Knesset and making the decision comprehensively out of votes. In an opinion poll released last week, it indicated that the bloc led by Mr Netayahu would win many seats in a fresh election.
