DP William Ruto has started to face rebellion from close allies. The Kiambu County aspiring governor Hon Moses Kuria and counterpart William Kabongo has stated that they will boycott KKA rallies. This is a huge blow to DP Ruto and his KKA team. In a statement, Kabongo revealed that the choice of Gachagua as DP Ruto's running mate made everything impossible. He stated that the DP started to lose trust the day he chose Gachagua as a running mate.
It emerged that the two allies of DP Ruto were having hard time giving their support. In a letter directed to DP Ruto indicated that Hon Moses Kuria together with William Kabongo have withdrew their support for William Ruto. The letter moreover informed the DP that the two leaders will also boycott rallies organized by the Kenya Kwanza Alliance KKA. In details, the two allies wants DP Ruto to listen to them and perhaps give them whatsoever good thing they wish to find when giving their support to DP Ruto.
With this Kabongo said that he will not be attending many of the KKA rallies and that Mr Odinga is somehow growing his popularity in the Mount Kenya region. Moses Kuria will also boycott the KKA rally. Moses Kuria and William Kabongo have written to DP Ruto informing him that they will boycott the rallies and has withdrew their support for the UDA party presidential candidate DP William Ruto until their grievances is addressed.
